This very unusual P-47 Fighter/Bomber Limited Edition Print is numbered, and signed by the Pilot and Squadron Commander, (John R. Dolny), the Crew Chief who maintained it, (Brad Bradford), and by the Aircraft's Namesake, Sandra Lee (Niece of John Dolny). The "Sandra Lee" P-47 Thunderbolt was assigned to the 86th Fighter-Bomber Group, 527the Squadron in the European Theater from 1943 to 1945, and it completed over 150 successful combat missions against the enemy in Italy, France, and Germany. World War II military aircraft prints that are signed by the pilot are unusual, but a limited edition signed by these three individuals is unheard of. The Artist is Raymond Wadley, who has done many original paintings of World War II War Birds. Each print is done on a heavy Text Weave paper, is one of only 100, and comes with a Certificate of Limited Edition, biographies and pictures of the three signatorys, and a history of the Republic P-47 Thunderbolt.
